Thanks for visiting HeartFelt Prints. These Terms of Service explain how we run our shop and what you can expect when you use our website and buy from us.

When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean HeartFelt Prints. By using our site, placing an order, or interacting with us, you're agreeing to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site or services.

1. Who Can Use Our Store

You must be at least the age of majority in your country (18+ in Ireland) to use our store or let minors use it under your supervision. You’ll need to provide accurate billing and shipping information if you make a purchase.

Keep your account details safe. You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Our Products

We work hard to show our products clearly online, but colours and details may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Some items are personalised or made-to-order, and those can’t be returned unless there’s a quality issue.

We might update our product listings or prices without notice, and we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders if needed.

3. Ordering from Us

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline that offer. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and accepted.

Please double-check your order before placing it, as we can’t always make changes afterward. You can read about returns and refunds in our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Euro unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time. Taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Make sure your payment details are up to date so we can complete your purchase smoothly. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, but delivery times are estimates. Delays may happen due to shipping carriers or customs. Once your order leaves our hands, the risk and responsibility for delivery pass to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, content, designs and branding on our site belong to HeartFelt Prints (or are used with permission). You can browse and shop, but you can’t copy, use or share our materials without asking.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may offer links or tools from third parties (like Shopify apps or social media feeds). Use them at your own discretion – we’re not responsible for their services or terms.

8. Powered by Shopify

HeartFelt Prints runs on Shopify. While they provide the platform, your purchase is directly with us. Shopify isn’t responsible for your order or any issues related to our products.

9. Privacy

We handle your data with care. By using our site, you agree to how we use your data as explained in our Privacy Policy. Some data is also handled by Shopify as part of their platform service.

10. Feedback

We love your reviews and suggestions. If you share feedback with us, you give us permission to use it to improve our shop or share it in marketing. Don’t post anything false, offensive or harmful.

11. Mistakes Happen

Sometimes there may be errors in product info or prices. If we spot an error after you’ve placed an order, we’ll let you know and give you options.

12. Play Nice

Please don’t use our website or services to break the law, spam people, upload viruses, or harm anyone. We reserve the right to block users who misuse the site.

13. Ending Your Access

We may stop offering the Services or end your access at any time if we believe you’ve broken our rules.

We provide our store and products “as is”. While we try to make everything accurate and smooth, we can’t promise perfection. We’re not liable for indirect or accidental losses related to your use of our store.

These Terms follow the laws of Ireland. If any part is found invalid, the rest still apply. If we don’t enforce a rule right away, we’re not giving up that right.
