We currently ship to:

  • Ireland (ROI)

  • Northern Ireland & UK

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at sales@heartfeltprints.ie and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🚚 Delivery Times

All physical orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location:

  • Ireland: 1–3 business days (An Post)

  • UK: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Note: Custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer depending on design approval or customisation details.

💌 Digital Downloads

Instant download products (like printable art or cards) will be delivered by email immediately after purchase. You’ll receive a secure download link in your order confirmation.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll resend it.

🎨 Personalised Items

Customised items (like names, dates or messages) require 1–3 extra business days to design, especially during busy periods. We'll always do our best to meet or beat our timeframes.

💶 Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on your region:

  • Ireland: from €3.99 – €12.99

  • UK & Europe: from €4.99

  • Rest of World: from €7.99

Shipping is free on Irish orders over €50. Rates may vary slightly based on size or weight of your items.

All physical orders are securely packaged using eco-conscious, recyclable materials where possible. We aim to balance protection with sustainability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, or holidays. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply outside of Ireland.
