Refund policy
We care deeply about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Please review our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
🕒 30-Day Return Window (Print Quality Issues Only)
We accept returns only in cases where there is a quality issue with the print. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@heartfeltprints.ie with a description and clear photo(s) of the issue. If approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
❗ Damages and Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sales@heartfeltprints.ie so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately after the refund is processed.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
This does not apply to personalised or digital items. If your order is eligible:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days, please contact us at sales@heartfeltprints.ie.
