We want your experience with HeartFelt Prints to be smooth and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and returns.
Shipping Information
Where we ship:
We proudly ship from Ireland to customers across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Custom and personalised designs may take slightly longer, especially during busy periods, but we’ll always do our best to get them to you quickly.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 1-3 business days
- UK: 3-7 business days
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on Irish orders over €50.
Packaging:
All items are carefully packed using recyclable or eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes; cards are sent in durable sleeves with backing boards.
Digital downloads:
Instant download items are delivered immediately to the email address you provide at checkout. If you don’t receive your file, check your spam folder or contact us for a resend.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Physical items:
We do not accept returns unless there is a print quality issue or error on our part. If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at sales@heartfeltprints.ie with a clear photo and description within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Digital downloads and personalised items:
Due to the nature of digital files and custom-made products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for these items unless there is a technical issue or design error.
EU 14-day cooling-off period:
Under EU law, customers may cancel non-personalised, non-digital orders within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.
