Do you offer personalisation on all items?
Yes! Most of our prints and cards can be customised with names, dates, messages or special details. Each product page will tell you what’s customisable.
How do I enter personalisation details?
When adding a product to your cart, you’ll see a personalisation box or dropdowns. Please enter the custom text exactly as you'd like it to appear. Information on how to personalise your item will be in the product description
Can I see a preview before printing?
If a preview is not automatically shown, you can request one by emailing us at sales@heartfeltprints.ie after placing your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We dispatch most physical orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery within Ireland usually takes 1–3 days, and international shipping takes 5–15 days.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
We currently only ship to Ireland and the UK. Shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout. If you're outside Ireland and the UK please contact us to see if we can accommodate shipping to you.
Do you offer digital downloads?
Absolutely! Some of our products are available as instant digital downloads. These will be emailed to you automatically after purchase.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns if there’s a print quality issue. The item must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Do I need to pay VAT or customs duties?
We are not VAT-registered, so prices do not include VAT. International buyers may be responsible for customs or import duties.
What file format are digital prints delivered in?
Digital downloads are sent as high-resolution PDF, PNG or JPEG files, perfect for home printing or professional printers.
Can I request a custom design that’s not listed?
Yes! We love custom orders. Please visit our Custom Orders page or email us with your idea.
How will my item be packaged?
Prints are shipped flat in protective envelopes or tubes with backing boards. Cards come in plastic sleeves along with the "Do Not Bend" hard backed envelope.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Are your products made in Ireland?
Yes — everything is designed and produced here in Ireland. We’re proud to support local materials and suppliers wherever possible.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At the moment we don’t offer formal gift wrapping, but all items are carefully packed and you can add a personal message to many of our products.
Can I ship my item direct to someone else as a gift?
Yes, we will post any of our items direct to another person, please let us know when ordering. Please note, we do not gift wrap. Your item will be shipped as normal but without the "thank you for your order" leaflets
I entered the wrong personalisation. Can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us ASAP at sales@heartfeltprints.ie with your order number and corrected text.
